Thank you to all who joined us at the 2012 Association of Writers & Writing Programs conference bookfair in Chicago to celebrate the debut of Armor, Amour!

A Celebration and Fundraiser
On October 7, 2011, Atlanta artist Donna Mintz hosted a fundraiser for Ninebark Press and the publication of Armor, Amour, by poet Amy Pence. A wonderful evening's celebration of art and community, the event included a reading by Amy Pence, as well as the display and discussion of the original art work, inspired by Amy's poetry, to be included in the book--painting and cover image "Winged, I Leave," by Seth Fitts, and the music and graphic scores of Hunter Ewen. The event also included signature drinks inspired by Amy's poems and a silent auction of ceramic vessels by artist Melanie Drew. Thank you so much for all who turned out in support of Armor, Amour and Ninebark Press!

Association of Writers and Writing Programs Conference, Atlanta, 2007
In 2007, Ninebark Press published its debut title, Deep Travel: Contemporary American Poets Abroad. At the AWP conference in Atlanta, where the anthology was released, Ninebark Press also presented a panel reading of Deep Travel contributors, including Barbara Hamby, Laurence Lieberman, Nicholas Samaras, and Terese Svoboda. Many other Deep Travel contributors joined the Ninebark editors for signings at the Ninebark Press book fair table.
